- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. Arriving late may result in a shortened service to ensure the next client is not kept waiting.
- After two no-shows, we will be unable to schedule future appointments for you. Instead, we will welcome you on a walk- in basis for services.
- All services are NON-REFUNDABLE, but we are happy to offer a re-service to correct any issues at no charge. Please notify us immediately at checkout. Otherwise, within 24 hours of your appointment.
